1, Beam type shelving (pallet shelving)

Goods suitable for whole pallet storage, especially suitable for medium quantity and large batch goods.
Flexible access, can be used in conjunction with forklifts to directly access any pallet, and "first in, first out" or "first in, last out" can be achieved; The floor height can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate goods of different heights; Strong load-bearing capacity (usually 500-3000kg per pallet), suitable for heavy goods; It is not suitable for manual handling and requires the cooperation of a forklift for operation.
Heavy duty laminated shelving: The load capacity of each layer of the unit shelving is usually between 500-1500kg, the span of the unit shelving is generally within 3m, the depth is within 1.2m, the height is not limited, and it is usually combined and coexists with heavy-duty pallet shelving. The lower layers are laminated shelving, and manual storage and retrieval operations are carried out. The parts above 2m in height are usually pallet shelving, and forklifts are used for storage and retrieval operations. It is mainly used for situations that require both bulk storage and retrieval, as well as zero storage and retrieval. It is more common in large warehouse style supermarkets and logistics centers.
4. Forklift model and parameters: In heavy-duty shelving warehouses, it is necessary to leave a sufficiently wide forklift aisle for forklifts to turn, and different forklifts (such as diesel forklifts and electric forklifts) have different turning radii. This requires designers to understand forklift models and parameters in order to design shelves that are more convenient to use.
